The very first of the new Dragon Ball Super Super Hero movie figures has just released in Japan, which is the newly designed Piccolo! He is rocking those sweet manga colours and the weird? arm redesign. For a cheap retail release, he is a very solid figure with three great facial expressions and a nice mix of hands. However, it would have been nice to finally get a Special Beam Canon effect... maybe in a future figure?
While he does not come with a cape the one from the previously released Piccolo does fit him and his back has the removable plate so you can attach it properly too. The heads are fully interchangeable and you can even switch arms... so if you are like me and don't like the new design you can easily customise your own version!
